Boxing Skills
Our unique way of teaching boxing follows a syllabus similar to martial arts, comprising of 8 different progressions. Our classes are designed for beginners with no experience, all the way to competitive amateur boxers.
Physical fitness
Boxing is a full body sport that is ideal to achieve your fitness goals and feel your best! Our classes keep it fun and touch on all aspects of physical fitness including strength, cardio, balance, movement and agility.

Boxing classes
Strength & Cardio Circuit
Strength & Cardio Circuit is a class dedicated to increasing fitness and strength. This class will get your heart rate up while you move through a variety of different movements at our own pace. This class is great for cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and fat loss.


Box-Fit
Box-Fit is a class designed to use boxing techniques to increase cardiovascular fitness. This class will include Bag work, Pad word, Foot work circuits and much more. This class will have limited technical work and maximum fitness. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
Boxing Fundamentals
This class specialises in teaching boxing from the ground up with three variations to suit everyone, including Non Contact, Light Contact and Heavy Contact. We have created a boxing syllabus, like the martial arts system, where a grading system is used with coloured wraps. This class is predominantly technique-based involving Shadow Boxing, Partner Drills and specific boxing conditioning.


Women’s Boxing
This class is a mixture of boxing technique and cardio to help improve these skills through a range of drills and exercises specific to boxing.
Teens Boxing (Ages 12-18)
Our Teens Boxing classes are all about building confidence, fitness and skills, in a fun and supportive environment — no experience needed! Designed for ages 12-18, these sessions combine high-energy cardio with technical training to keep teens active, strong, and motivated. Learn boxing from the ground up, we teach the fundamentals step-by-step, helping teens develop proper technique, footwork, and coordination, while building discipline and self-belief.
Whether you’re looking to pick up a new skill, improve your fitness, or just blow off some steam after school, this class is for you. Classes run four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.


Kids Boxing (Ages 6-12)
Our Kids Boxing Program offers a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children aged 6-12 can learn the fundamentals of boxing while building confidence, discipline, and fitness. With experienced coaches guiding them through non-contact techniques, all in a structured and controlled setting. Students progress through our graded wrap syllabus (similar to martial arts), helping them set goals and stay motivated.
Classes run three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We also offer a Parent Co-Training Class on Mondays, allowing parents to join in and train alongside their child.
Over 60’s Boxing
We offer a specialised over 60s boxing class designed to improve strength, balance, coordination, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Tailored specifically for older adults, the class focuses on non-contact boxing drills, light cardio, and mobility exercises that promote heart health and mental sharpness.
